Job Description: Our Sales Associate will be responsible for answering basic questions both on-site as well as via phone. Sales Associate will make basic reservations for walk up guests or reservations by phone. Work Environment: Assistant Managers will be required to work at various operating locations in a single day and should be prepared to provide assistance in any position necessary to ensure a smooth operation.

Oversee Schedules
Check upcoming wind and weather conditions
Manage on-site operations
Assist with interviewing and training staff
Administer and grade promotional tests
Evaluate manager requests
Fill-in various positions when necessary
Take inventory
Schedule routine maintenance
Report damages
Evaluate comments/complaints and incidents
Attend manager and employee meetings
Secondary Job Duties:
Make basic reservations.
Train on site staff, including but not limited to assistant guides and guides.
Host media professionals, business partners or affiliate partners.
Assist with promotional and marketing needs.
Manage private activities, events, fundraisers and beach clean-ups.
